3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Single-user accounts cannot be shared across multiple devices simultaneously.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, the company is not liable for any errors in content or technical interruptions beyond our control.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Content Nature
Due to the digital nature of the courses (SaaS/Digital Goods), once a student gains access to the videos and study materials, the service is considered “consumed.”
2. Refund Eligibility
- No Refunds: Generally, payments for courses and test series are non-refundable.
- Exception: If a technical error causes a double-deduction for the same course, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
3. Cancellation
Subscriptions do not have a “cancellation” period once the content is unlocked. Users may choose not to renew for the next session.
